Almost every property inspection performed by TruHome would recommend that home owners do not use the subfloor area as a storage for timber materials and to rectify those timber structures in contact with ground, etc.
The images below show the perfect example why we continually repeat this advice: from termite mud leads build in-between 2 plaster boards; to almost every timber supports, stud frame in contact with ground, or chipboards (yes, even chipboard usually termites do not touch) are damaged by termites.
