Every inspection is like playing detective. By observing the clues shown here, its obvious to me that there is something not right with this property.
- Clue: Repairs on the walls, and cracks
- Clue: Sagging floor
- Clue: Out of square doors & windows
- Clue: Inadequate land falls
This path of clues led to the following discovery:
- most footings are not distributing loads adequately and stumps possibly failing to achieve their load bearing depth
That’s a job for the geotech engineer!
