Performed a building & pest inspection this Monday @ Doncaster East.
Sadly this client got himself a lemon from the Auction: termites have eaten their way up from the ground all the way up to roof void, a roof strut been completely consumed, damaged structure beam, floorboards & skirting, etc.. I uploaded some photos as classic give away to identify termite infestation & hopefully will assist u in future.
